Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy with it, you can return it for a refund or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. This policy applies to every order, whether you changed your mind or there is a problem with your item.

Return Policy at a Glance

Return and Refund Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, refund, or exchange. The 14 days start on the delivery date, not the date you placed your order. Requests received after 14 days are not eligible.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered and undamaged
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, and other marks
  • In its original packaging, with any tags attached

Because our catsuits are worn against the skin, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@abundanzza.com (or call or WhatsApp +1 954-886-2748) within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  2. We'll reply with our approval, the return address, and instructions. Please do not send an item back before you hear from us.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend a trackable shipping service, and keeping your tracking number until your refund or exchange is complete.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm and process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong color, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to our error (a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will pay for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know it has arrived and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit to your account.

  • You'll be refunded the price of the returned item(s) plus any sales tax charged on them.
  • The original shipping fee ($6.99) is refunded only if the return is due to our error (a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • If your refund hasn't arrived, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer, and then contact us at support@abundanzza.com.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for the same item in a different color, subject to availability. Follow the steps above and tell us which color you would like. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your replacement using Standard Shipping at no additional shipping charge. If the color you want is not available, we'll issue a refund instead. You are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll pay for return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
